In a world where the unprecedented is now the expected, hiring a full in house construction team isn’t always practical. Cliq offers experienced, flexible construction management and owner’s representation services—helping developers, retailers, and brands manage their projects efficiently while saving time, reducing costs, and avoiding unnecessary headaches.
Monica Dahlgren founded Cliq Consulting in 2023 after over a decade working as a general contractor project manager and owner’s representative, driving schedules and managing budgets in multiple states for high profile clients. She started cliq after seeing the lack luster passive approach of other project management firms, and set out to give clients the Mercedes Benz service of real estate project management - the best or nothing. She has earned her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Vermont and certificate in Real Estate Development and Investments from UCLA Extension. She also teaches a variety of construction management courses at UCLA Extension, and is an active member of CoreNet and ULI (Urban Land Institute) where she serves on the national YLG (Young Leader’s Group) steering committee, LA leadership committee, and Women’s Leadership Initiative. She has earned multiple certifications including her PMP, LEED AP ID+C, EIT, and CA General Contractor’s License. Monica uses her passion, experience, and skills to take the successfully manage projects without hiccups, so developers and business owners can get back to focusing running their business and living their lives.
The name, cliq (short for clique), embodies our core values of unity and collaboration with the best in the industry. Through working in partnerships, cliq provides clients large company support, knowledge and bandwidth, with personalized boutique level service.
